At Made Just 4 U, product quality and customer satisfaction are extremely important to us. Each order is designed, printed and handmade by us, and due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns on items that have been personalized ie, names, photographs, text, logos etc. Please be aware that actual colours may differ slightly from those on your screen and even though we try our hardest, items may not have the exact same image positioning as pictured, ie length of name, photo selection.

 

Order Cancellations

To cancel an order you recently completed, please contact us within 24 hours, after this time period we will make every effort to cancel your order. However, our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. We will not cancel an order once it has entered the production process.

 

Personalised Orders

Personalised orders once printed will be delivered 3-10 business days. Due to the nature of customised goods, we cannot accept returns for products that have been personalised.

 

Non Personalised Orders

Non personalised orders will be shipped within 1-3days. All items are custom made and have a limited inventory. If the product is defective or materially flawed it may be returned for a full refund (less shipping charges) within 5 days of the delivery date.

 

Quality Guarantee

Our unique products are handmade to order by us! Made Just 4 U stands behind the quality of our products and want you to be happy with your purchase. As our items are made by hand some minor imperfections within the print are expected and are not classified as 'quality issues'. We carefully inspect each item as it is created and ship with a 100% quality guarantee. If you feel there is an issue with quality please get in contact with us immediately. We generally ask you to return the product to us for inspection, at the purchasers cost. Made Just 4 U's quality control team reserves the right to determine whether an item is faulty due to manufacturing flaw or misuse. If Made Just 4 U determines your item is faulty a replacement item will be shipped or a store credit will be issued for the product only.

Any print quality issues, including errors in spelling/content, must be reported in writing to Made Just 4 U within 7 days of receiving your item. Failure to report issues within 7 days is taken as unconditional acceptance of the product(s) received. Made Just 4 U does not cover the costs of postage of returning items for inspection, or the postage of items being replaced and returned under warranty or returned after inspection. In the event that your product is lost in transit, Made Just 4 U will not be held liable and recommends that you send all returns via Registered Post with tracking details.

 

Change of Mind

For changes of mind we will happily offer an exchange for another colour/font style/image or a completely new style up until your order has gone to be printed. As all of our products are personalised and made to order we are unable to offer refunds if you change your mind after your order has been printed. Please choose your design carefully and read all of our product descriptions as some products have several size variations. Please check and double check all names, dates and other important information are correct. If you would like to see a copy of your item before it goes to print please email us or leave a comment in the 'comments section' at check out. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or returns if when you receive your order, you are unhappy with some aspect of the printing and how it looks with your personalised details and you change your mind. Items will only be r e-sent if it is our error as deemed by Made Just 4 U.

 

Afterpay Orders

We provide Afterpay as a service to our customers and happily accept the non refundable merchant fees associated with this service. Because of these associated fees we cannot offer refunds to customers who have a change of mind prior to their item being sent to print. 

 

Product Unavailability

Occasionally a product may become unavailable even after you have completed your order. This does not happen very often but if does occur we will contact you immediately to let you know. Items may be refunded or a store credit given to purchase another item in store. We reserve the right to withdraw any products from sale at any time without notice. All refunds will be processed and returned to your account with which payment was made.

2. Upon receiving your request you will be contacted within 24 hours to process the return
