Return and Refund Policy

I want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from Made Just 4 U and take great pride in producing custom made products that look beautiful and will stand the test of time.

I have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please email hello@madejust4u.com.au with details/photos attached so I can best assist. If your return is accepted, I will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Change of mind on personalised products-

Unfortunately once your order has moved to our printing system, which can sometimes happen within a few hours of placing your order, I cannot change the details or cancel any part of your order. Due to the personalised nature of my products I cannot accept returns on custom products.  If you do notice something wrong after you've placed your order, please get in contact immediately and let me know. Where possible I will alter the order, but if the fabric has been designed and printed I can't make any further changes. 

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

I received an incorrect order/faulty product-

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact me immediately if the item is damaged, defective or if you received the wrong item. Please email hello@madejust4u.com.au with details and photos so I can action a plan and make it right. 

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
