For refunds and reprints we may ask you to take a photo and/or send back the product to our team. Sorry but we cannot accept change of mind returns on personalised products.
RETURNS OR EXCHANGES QUESTIONS
Change of mind on personalised products-
Unfortunately once your order is moved to our printing system, which can sometimes happen within a few hours of placing your order, we cannot change the details or cancel any part of your order. If you do notice something wrong after you've placed your order, please get in contact immediately and let us know. Where possible we'll happily alter your order, however if it's already been moved to the "in print" status we will have to charge an additional fee to reprint it.
I received an incorrect order/faulty product-
If you've received an incorrect or incomplete order please get in contact with us. If you'd like to double check your order before contacting us, we recommend logging into your account to view your order details. For items that have arrived with a manufacturing fault please get in contact with us with photos of fault and we’ll either re-print the order or if the occasion has passed offer an order refund.
I made a mistake on my order-
If you made a mistake when ordering, such as spelling your child's name incorrectly (don't stress it happens all the time) please get in contact within 7 days of your order and we'll get it reprinted at a reduced rate. If the mistake was made by our team we'll reprint it immediately for no additional charge.
