All of my products are custom made pieces which can be personalised to include your name/occasion details, favourite colours and photos, becuase of this I try to add as much detail to each product page as possible so it is nice and easy to order. If you are having trouble making an order please shoot me an email with what you were wanting to order and I will be happy to help you.

I know some of the items have ALOT of variations and choices so if you are a little stuck or overwhelmed!! please get in contact with me and I can offer advice on what looks best or even to just confirm in with you that it will look perfect!

How long will my order take to be made?

How long will my order take to be made?

All items are lovingly designed, printed and handmade by me in Brisbane, Australia. Each piece is custom made and I follow a process so that every order goes into a production queue and I work through them in the order they were placed. Once I have received your order it will go into production the following day. If you want to change or cancel your order you have a 24hr window to do this. Due to the custom nature of every item, if I have started production on the order, please understand I cannot offer a refund. Please see Order Times & Delivery for up to date production time frames. 

 

Production times are subject to change, and can sometimes lengthen during peak seasons eg. Christmas, Mothers Day, Fathers Day but if there will be a delay I will let you know ASAP. I do try extremely hard to get orders completed and sent before the estimated production timeframe, if you do require something sooner, please send me an email and I can see what I can do to help. 

 

 

I have ordered a Photo Cushion/Photo Blanket/Photo Book/Photo Mug how do I attach photos to the order?

 

Please send your photos to me at hello@madejust4u.com.au along with your order number & name you made the order under so that I may find your photos easily.  From here I will download your images to complete the design. I will contact you ASAP if there is any issues with the files you have provided but if you don't hear from me they are perfect!

 

Photos taken on cameras or smart phones are fine to use for photo gifts – phots saved from screenshots, Facebook, Facebook Messenger, Snapchat or Text Messages can be used as a last resort but they have poor image quality and this may affect the end quality result of your item.  If you are sending multiple photos, they may not send all together so try sending them in smaller batches. Alternatively you can visit. www.wetransfer.com or www.dropbox.com (send to hello@madejust4u.com.au) and upload all of your photos there. 

 

 

Help! I am confused on how to order!

If you need assistance with choosing a design, fonts or colours please send me an email and I can help you decide/show examples of previous work. I know I have A LOT of options to choose from which can be a little confusing so I am happy to help create the perfect product for you!

 

Can I include another phrase or more information on my item?

Yes. Your item(s) can say anything you wish, as each item is handmade to order. Please note if it becomes lengthy it may alter the image positing/layout of the item. Please get in contact with me and I will try my hardest to accommodate your request.

 

Can I see what my product looks like before it goes to print?

Yes! If you would like to see your product before it goes to print please send me an email asking for a design proof and I will send you a mockup of your order. Please note a design proof may lengthen the production time of your item. Design proofs may take a couple of days to be emailed.

 

I have an idea that I would like printed, can you do this?

Yes! I have several custom order spots available each month, so please send me an email with your idea and as much information as you can provide and I will let you know if this can be done. Custom order requests may increase regular production time periods as I will have to design a whole new product for you and may also incur an added design fee depending on what you are after. 

 

Can my order be shipped to more than one address?

Yes, you can split the order in 2 and ship to multiple address, both will incur a shipping fee though.

 

How do I care for my item?

Products are best washed by either hand or machine in cold water and line dry in shade. Fabrics will not warp, crack or peel and are made to last. Please do not use bleach or leave in direct sunlight for extended periods of time as it may cause print to fade.

  

How will my order be shipped?

All orders are sent secure and tracked via the Australia Post network or by Courier. We have a standard flat rate shipping price on all orders of $8.00 or $13.00 for express delivery. All of our orders are sent with tracking numbers so if you haven't received this email please check your junk folder as it may have been sent there by accident. All items are sent through Australia Post, if you are worried about your order please go to their website - www.auspost.com.au and you can place an enquiry there to locate a parcel. We will try to help as much as we can, but once dispatched we have no control over delivery times carried out by Australia Post. If you have an issue, please let us know and we will go from there.

  • Standard Delivery & Handling: 5-10 business days
  • Express Delivery & Handing: 1-3 business days 

 

Do you ship iternationally?

I do offer international shipping on some products, please get in contact with me for a quote. As items are quite bulky/heavy international postage can be quite expensive unfortunately.

 

 What is your Return Policy?

At Made Just 4 U, product quality and customer satisfaction are extremely important to me. Each order is designed, printed and handmade by me, and due to the nature of our products I cannot accept returns on items that have been personalised. If there is an error on the item due to my part, I will be glad to fix it. What payment methods do you accept?

All prices are in Australian dollars, GST included. You may pay on-line using Visa, MasterCard, After Pay, Paypal or Direct Bank Deposit. All orders must be paid for in full before production can begin.

 

Will there be a tax invoice/receipt shipped along with my order?

No. Because most of our gifts are sent directly to the recipient, I do not enclose a receipt. As one of my efforts to reduce paper waste, you will be sent a receipt sent digitally via email.
